assalamualaikum, readers!  finally an off day today.  like nothing is on my agenda for tuesday.  rest home day!  R E A D I N G The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin. Reading half way and I really love her book. I might be even inspired to do this project provided I am really determined to do it.  The book is about how every month in the calendar, you have this goal or things you want to do which is part of the project. Start the project with little things. For example, January, I want to sleep early, stop complaining bit by bit, and etc. It is our daily things but to overcome this, it's hard and it take a lot of effort to do them. do it slowly, take one step at a time, you will be able to overcome it.  And whatever, she decided to do, she always have her 12 commandments with her.  12 commandments: 1.
